JurisOpen is a reader-oriented platform, and hence, we at JurisOpen are innately inclined towards building our readers’ trust. To this end, we wish to accept only those contributed works for publishing or sharing on our platform that may be credibly cited by our readers in their own research and discourses.
To realize this mission, JurisOpen has adopted the JURISOPEN PUBLISHING AND SHARING STANDARDS (JPSS) which dictate the minimum standards of scholarly publishing and sharing in necessary compliance of which a contributed work may be qualified for publishing or sharing on JurisOpen, and which include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Originality: The contributed work should not have any plagiarized content.
- Relevancy: The contributed work should be within the subject scope of law and legal studies.
- Authority: The contributed work should contain citations that are sufficient, valid and reliable.
